UrSalon provides hairstyle and color previews for planning purposes. The service is intended to support decision-making before a salon appointment, not guarantee a real-world result.

Use of the service

Use UrSalon for lawful personal or professional consult workflows. Do not upload images you do not have permission to use.

Style-ups and purchases

Paid Style-up packs are one-time digital purchases. Free monthly generations and paid Style-ups are both subject to the current product rules shown in the app at the time of purchase.

Generated previews

Generated looks are previews only. They are intended to help you explore direction and compare options before a salon visit.

Refunds and reversals

UrSalon generally limits refunds to duplicate charges or clear fulfillment failures where paid Style-ups were not delivered correctly. Refunded, reversed, or disputed purchases may remove previously granted Style-ups tied to that transaction.

Account controls

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account. Export controls are available from the account area, and account deletion starts there before backend cleanup finishes.
