By using UrSalon Preview you agree to keep your account secure, use the app for personal or professional salon planning, and respect the content guidelines below.

You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share login credentials or upload photos you do not have permission to use.
Style-Up purchases are processed through Apple. Refunds and billing questions are handled according to App Store policies. For web purchases, see our pricing page and reach out via contact if you need help.
We aim for high availability, but the service may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, or third-party service disruptions. We may update or pause features without prior notice to keep quality and safety high.
You retain ownership of your photos and generated looks. You grant UrSalon Preview a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service to you.
Do not upload illegal, abusive, or infringing content. We may suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
If you have a billing or service dispute, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and document the resolution steps.
