AI previews always have some variability

UrSalon tries to keep your Star Photo recognizable and focus the change on hair, but generative AI can still shift details more than anticipated. Paid packs include bonus Style-ups so you have room for a few extra passes, but a preview may still alter part of the input image in a way that does not match your expectation.

Billing and Style-ups

Include the email on your account, the pack you tried to buy, the approximate purchase time, and any support id shown in the app when a checkout or balance issue happens.

Account records and deletion

Support can explain the current JSON account-record export, privacy policy, and deletion flow. Deletion starts from the account page, signs you out immediately, and then finishes backend cleanup shortly after.

Refund requests

Refund requests are reviewed for duplicate charges or clear fulfillment failures where paid Style-ups were not delivered correctly. AI preview variability, including a result that changes more of the input image than expected, is not normally a refund case by itself.

Web app issues

If create, looks, or account stops behaving correctly, include what page you were on, what action you took, and any visible error text.

For policy detail, review the privacy policy and terms. For common product questions, the FAQ is still the fastest path.
