My generation failed. What should I try?Help

Start with a clear, front-facing photo in soft, even lighting. Avoid heavy filters or crops. If it still fails, try a slightly smaller image and make sure your connection is stable.

Are my photos public or used for training?Help

Your star photos and look gallery live in private, guarded storage tied to your account. We do not make your images public or use them to train unrelated models.

How do I cancel or change my plan?Help

You can update or cancel your plan at any time from the account or billing section in the app. If you need help, email us and we’ll take care of it.
